![]() I would really like to hear your opinions especially those of you who have found solutions that allow you quick access to the over all information as I am the only IT guy for the 70-80 people in the company which has 3 offices around the country so things that allow an over view that you can drill down into if there is a specific issue would be great. ![]() We think we know and have fixed the actual issue but this week would like to monitor to see what our bandwidth usage is in real time to hopefully narrow down if there is still an issue or if we need to think about increasing our pipe. Our business runs our own VOIP using a Cisco UC560 and one of the big issues we are trying to track down at the moment is that last week during a teleconference call the video quality was very bad and the phones kept cutting out. We have most traffic going out one connection and all http and https going out the other (which is more there as backup but why leave it unused when we can send less business critical data out that). Both initially through Cisco 5505 ASAs and then coming into a Cisco 1921. There are a lot of products and most of them give a lot of information that would be over my head honestly. I would like to start doing some basic network monitoring in my environment to see if there are any issues within the network and more importantly to see issues and bottlenecks with our Internet connections.
